Orders are packed and shipped out with care from North York, ON, within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

Returns

We want to make sure you love our products! If something is wrong, we will do all we can to make it right.

To request a return, send us an email at thebarn@wholesale.mosscreekwoolworks.com. We are more than happy to help!

If your return is approved we will email you a Return form with a RMA #.  This form must be included in the return package. A credit will be issued for returns.

We have a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange can’t be offered.  

Due to the nature of the products we sell your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

To return your product, ship your product to: The Forever Group, 150 Saint Regis Crescent South, Toronto ON M3J 1Y8, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned items.
